About the program
During starup Windows 95/98/ME runs many programs
and services. You may even don't know about it, but they take the memory
as well as procesor's time. Moreover they can cause the system's stability
lose. You can turn them off, but it's uncomfortable. You can get rid of
them, but sometimes you need their services. Now there is WSM to solve
your problems. It will allow you to create "profiles" containing any autostart
elements and every other program or document. During system startup just
choose the profile you want, and that's is. Many programs will like the
possibility of running them on a clean system what, on common system, can
give you 6 MB more memory ! But that's not
